Felony DWI Arrests in Aurora and Holland

Author: While on patrol around 4 a.m. on Sun., Oct. 17, Deputy George Avery and Deputy Russel Tyczka responded to a disturbance call on Porterville Road in the Town of Elma. There they arrested 43-year-old Gregory S. Smorol of East Aurora on a charge of driving while intoxicated. Smorol reportedly refused to submit to a breath test.
