Traffic Cams Catch Drunk Drivers
The Minnesota State Patrol released video Thursday of drunk drivers caught on traffic cameras. The State Patrol says the use of cameras and the help of 911 dispatchers play a vital role in handling complaints and stopping drunk drivers in Minnesota.
